⚙ Production Rates
💡 Output per crew per productive hour · Weld Inches = Diameter × No. of Welds · LF = linear feet installed · Double-click a row to edit a rate
Duration = crew-hours ÷ productive hrs/day. Adding people to one crew prices the work higher but does not shorten it — run more crews for that.Nominal crew:
💡 Click ▸ to see the work packages inside a CWA · Blue quantities are rolled up from ISOs assigned in the ITL · grey are planning-scope estimates · crew-hrs needed = quantities ÷ production rates (field welds only); supplied = duration × productive hrs for one crew — the badge flags a gap over 10%

📌 Schedule Baseline
The baseline is simply your Planned Start and Planned Finish — the app never invents one.
Editing a task's planned dates updates its baseline. Once a task is Reforecast the baseline freezes
at the planned dates so the delay stays on record, and the Gantt draws the thin dark bar showing where it was.
Use the buttons below only to repair tasks whose baseline is out of step.
⟳ Refresh Holiday Calendar
Public holiday data comes from Nager.Date (nagerholidays.com), a free open-source dataset covering 200+ countries.
It deliberately excludes Islamic holidays — Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha and similar depend on
local moon sighting and government proclamation, so they cannot be computed ahead. Those stay as estimates here and must be
confirmed against the official gazette. Nothing is changed until you press Apply Selected.
Choose a range and press Fetch & Compare.
Production Rate
Output achieved by one crew in one productive hour. These feed ITL planned hours and task durations.

⚙ ITL Stage ConfigurationChoose which activity stages to track in the ITL
Stage 4 (Installation) is always required — it is the core of the ITL.
🧱 Import BIM Export → ITL
Reads a fabrication BOM straight out of the model. A BIM export lists every
connector, not every component — a pipe appears twice with its length on both
rows, a butt weld twice, a tee three times — so the raw file roughly doubles the job.
This collapses connectors back into components, repairs pipe sizes Excel has turned
into dates, derives the ISO from the spool name, and matches field-run scope to its line.
.xlsx is read directly by the server, so Excel never gets a chance to mangle a
1/2" or 3/4" size into a date. CSV works too and repairs them instead.

📥 Import Customer Schedule
The customer's milestone dates are what set the start and finish for every phase in a work area —
handover, punchlist, testing and commissioning, installation, fabrication and BIM all back up from them.
Drop the schedule in whatever form you were given it.
Primavera P6 .xer — the tab-delimited export. Activity codes come across, which is usually how owners tag work areas. .xml — P6's XML export. Cleaner dates: P6 has resolved them for you.
Microsoft Project .xml — File → Save As → Save as type → XML Format. .mpp is a closed binary with no published specification and cannot be read directly — save it as XML first.
Spreadsheet .xlsx or .csv — a plain milestone list. Columns for activity, name, start, finish and
an area or CWA column are found automatically, whatever they are called.
Nothing is written on import
You see every CWA and every date on the preview before anything is applied, and any milestone date
already on a CWA is kept on the record rather than thrown away.
📥 ITL CSV Import

Branding
Shown in the header and on the login screen for everyone, including before anyone signs in. Nothing here is secret.
Keep the image small (a few hundred KB or less) — it's stored directly in the database.
Twilio (voice call login codes)
Used to call a user and read out their 6-digit login code. Leave blank to keep using an environment variable on the server, if one is already set.
Note: these values are stored in the same database file as everything else, not separately encrypted — the same accepted trade-off as the rest of this app for now.
